We are an Agency that provides support services to individuals with disabilities (physical, intellectual, and/or mental).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• MUST have a reliable source of transportation
• High School Diploma/GED
• MUST be able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening through the AHCA Clearing House. If you're already in AHCA this is a plus!

Skills (preferred):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
This is a full-time hourly position located in Riverview, FL (near 301/Bloomingdale Ave). We are looking for someone who has experience providing companion services and super outgoing. The consumer is a 40 year old high functioning male with an intellectual disability. The consumers wishes to explore activities within the community - such as, but not limited to: movies, park, mall, etc. Some days the consumer may wish to be home doing in household activities such as cleaning, watching tv, preparing meals, anything that pertains to client goals, or just hanging out.

This is a super easy and fun case and we would love to assign this consumer to a person who has patience, flexibility, and loves to be out in the community!

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri (flexible hours)
